The five qalqalah letters, when they carry a sukun, are read with a bounce. Sughrā (mid-word) bounces lightly; kubrā (at the end / on stopping) bounces more strongly.
Hold the letter's articulation point for a moment, then release it with a bounce — like a pressed 'd' sound.

qul a'ūżu birabbil-falaq
"Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak"
allażī aṭ'amahum
"Who has fed them, [saving them] from hunger and made them safe, [saving them] from fear."

"Indeed, your enemy is the one cut off."
wal-fajr
"By the dawn"
